Role & Company / Project Overview: Active India Employment Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Shift Incharge for Soap CSP/VSD operations at a leading limited manufacturing plant in Gandhidham. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Supervise shift operations of Soap Continuous Saponification / Vacuum Spray Drying (CSP/VSD) systems • Ensure continuous production output while adhering to safety, yield, and quality benchmarks • Manage plant operators and floor workers during assigned operational shifts Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Relevant technical background and shift in-charge experience in soap manufacturing or oleochemical plants • Good team supervision and emergency breakdown handling capabilities Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Working Hours: 8 Hours • Job Nature: On-Roll Job • Location: Gandhidham, Gujarat Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: As per Experience & Profile • Free Transport Facility provided Application Instructions: • Interested professionals may email their updated CV to the recruiter.
