We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations in Franschhoek. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar Head Chef position, with strong leadership and kitchen management skills. Responsibilities include ensuring exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency, managing kitchen teams, and overseeing daily operations. Candidates must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences. Hospitality or fine dining experience will be advantageous.
