### Role & Company / Project Overview Databricks is seeking a visionary Lead Solutions Architect to guide EMEA Emerging Digital Native Business (DNB) customers. You will operate at the forefront of the LLM revolution, empowering fast-growing digital-native businesses to build scalable Generative AI and machine learning architectures. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Guide EMEA Emerging Digital Native Business (DNB) customers in architecting and deploying scalable GenAI solutions. - Act as a trusted technical advisor, consulting with both hands-on engineering teams and C-level executives. - Design and implement end-to-end architectures utilizing the modern GenAI stack. - Drive technical credibility, speed, and rapid iteration in a high-growth environment. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Deep expertise in the modern GenAI stack, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), AI agents, fine-tuning, and LLM guardrails. - Strong ML/DL foundations with hands-on proficiency in Python, PyTorch, MLflow, and Spark. - Exceptional consultative chops to earn trust across technical contributors and executive leadership. - Proven ability to thrive in high-velocity, high-growth settings. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: France - Work Mode: Hybrid ### Application Instructions - Submit applications directly via the official portal or reach out via email.
