We are seeking an accomplished Technical Architect with a minimum of 10 years of experience to lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise-scale cloud data and analytics solutions. This role demands deep expertise in AWS Cloud services including S3, Lambda, Redshift, Glue, and EMR, as well as proficiency in Databricks and Apache Spark/PySpark. The ideal candidate will have strong command over Python and Advanced SQL, data engineering principles, ETL/ELT pipeline development, microservices, APIs, and integration architecture. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), CI/CD pipelines, cloud security governance, compliance, and Agile delivery is essential. Key responsibilities include designing and architecting scalable cloud-based data platforms, leading AWS and Databricks solution implementation, collaborating with client stakeholders and technical teams, driving best practices in security, performance, and scalability, and providing technical leadership and architectural guidance. This is an onsite position located in Foster City, CA for a 6-month duration.
