We are seeking motivated, target-driven sales professionals to join our team as Field Sales Executives, focusing on loan products and financial services including Working Capital, SME LAP, Prime LAP, and Secured Business Loans. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Generate and manage leads in field sales across designated territories • Meet clients regularly and conduct field sales visits to drive business • Promote and sell loan products including Working Capital, SME LAP, Prime LAP, and Secured Business Loans • Manage end-to-end sales processes and achieve sales targets • Maintain strong client relationships and deliver quality financial service solutions ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any of the following: Working Capital, SME LAP, Prime LAP, or Secured Business Loans • Graduation or Post Graduation required • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Sound knowledge of loan products and financial services • Target-driven with proven sales experience • Local candidates preferred • Must possess willingness to travel and meet clients regularly ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Onsite field sales position based in Erode, Tamil Nadu, India • Full-time field engagement involving regular client meetings and market visits ### Compensation & Benefits • CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA • Attractive / Monthly incentives • Fuel allowance • Medical insurance ### Application Instructions Interested candidates who meet the requirements are invited to submit their updated resume for consideration.
