### Role & Company / Project Overview Aram Sei HR Solutions Private Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic medical professional for the position of Medical Director at a reputed Trust Hospital in Erode, Tamil Nadu. The Medical Director will report directly to the Managing Director within the Hospital and Medical Services department. The role entails serving as a strong medical leader to oversee hospital administration, clinical services, patient safety, quality standards, and operational and financial performance while ensuring accessible and affordable healthcare. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Overall Hospital Administration: Lead and ensure smooth clinical and administrative operations across all hospital departments. • Medical & Clinical Services: Ensure high standards of patient care, clinical practices, and professional ethics. • Recruitment & Manpower Management: Identify, recruit, mentor, and develop doctors, nurses, and healthcare staff. • Nursing Administration: Oversee nursing services, patient care standards, and ensure strict adherence to patient-safety practices. • Pharmacy Administration: Manage procurement, inventory control, and statutory compliance within the pharmacy. • Operation Theatre Management: Ensure OT efficiency, rigorous surgical protocols, infection control, and equipment readiness. • X-Ray & Diagnostic Services: Oversee diagnostic services, medical equipment functionality, and regulatory compliance. • Quality, Safety & Service Standards: Monitor overall performance metrics, implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), and drive continuous quality improvement. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • MBBS with MD/MS or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred. • Valid registration with the appropriate Medical Council. • Additional qualification in Hospital Administration or Healthcare Management will be an added advantage. • Minimum 15 years of experience in medical practice and hospital administration. • Proven experience in managing a hospital, preferably in a senior medical leadership position such as Medical Superintendent or Medical Director. • Demonstrated track record in managing doctors, nurses, pharmacy, diagnostic services, and overall hospital operations. • Strong capabilities in clinical governance, team leadership, operational management, and quality improvement. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu, India • Work Mode: Onsite at a reputed Trust Hospital ### Compensation & Benefits • Attractive and competitive package commensurate with experience, expertise, leadership capabilities, and suitability for the role.
