• Role & Company / Project Overview Blinkit is expanding its quick commerce operations and hiring a dynamic professional for the Store Manager (SM) position in Erode. The Store Manager is responsible for managing the daily functioning of the dark store, covering order processing, staffing, performance tracking, and team management. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead and manage day-to-day activities of the dark store to ensure smooth, timely, and efficient order processing and fulfillment. - Create and manage efficient staff schedules to ensure peak-time readiness while controlling labor costs. - Build and motivate a competent store team through effective training, leadership, and performance management to meet operational goals. - Continuously analyze KPIs and operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for greater productivity. - Drive operational excellence, maintain ownership mindset, and ensure execution excellence. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. - Experience in retail, logistics, supply chain, or quick commerce operations. - Strong operational, people management, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. - A sharp, analytical mindset and solid problem-solving skills. - Good understanding of last-mile delivery, store operations, and inventory management. - Clear communicator who can manage people and operations smoothly. - Ready to take ownership, get things done, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu, India (Dark store / Onsite). • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates can share their updated resumes via email.
