Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: Al Tahhan Golden Dates is looking for dedicated Production Engineers to join our team at our factory located in Enshas El Raml – Sharqia, Egypt. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Monitor daily production operations and ensure efficient workflow. - Implement and follow up on production plans and achieve targeted production levels. - Monitor production lines and handle operational issues. - Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments to ensure smooth operations. - Monitor production rates, minimize waste, and improve operational efficiency. - Prepare and follow up on daily production reports. - Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company regulations. - Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of production processes. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (relevant specialization). - Minimum 1 year of experience in Production. - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. - Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Ability to work under pressure and achieve production targets. - Good communication and teamwork skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Enshas El Raml Factory, Sharqia Governorate, Egypt. - Stable on-site factory work environment. • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive Salary. - Medical & Social Insurance. - Annual Leave Balance. - Company Transportation. - Strong Opportunities for Career Growth and Promotion. • Application Instructions: Interested candidates should submit their updated CV via email.
