Role & Company / Project Overview: We are actively recruiting experienced BEMS Service Engineers on behalf of established businesses and prestigious clients across the North West region. This role provides an opportunity to work with leading building automation organizations offering solid career advancement. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide routine servicing, maintenance, and fault diagnosis on BEMS/BMS systems across client sites. • Perform troubleshooting, system updates, and preventative maintenance routines on building automation and controls platforms. • Ensure optimal building performance, energy efficiency, and operational reliability. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proven experience as a BEMS / BMS Service Engineer. • Technical expertise across major BMS platforms such as Trend, Schneider, Siemens, Tridium Niagara, or equivalent systems. • Solid understanding of building services, controls engineering, and building automation. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: North West, United Kingdom. • Field-based / Onsite client premises.
