Role & Company / Project Overview: Elite Consolidated Engineers (ECE) is looking for a qualified PMC Engineer to join the team and support project coordination, engineering deliverables, and construction supervision activities. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Coordinate MEP engineering deliverables, including scopes of work, packages, data sheets, and technical reports. • Ensure project activities align with schedules, milestones, specifications, and applicable codes and standards. • Coordinate between engineering teams, project managers, and contractors. • Review and validate technical drawings, specifications, submittals, and Bills of Materials (BOM). • Monitor project costs, schedules, and delivery progress. • Review mechanical data sheets and inquiry packages. • Participate in project and corporate management meetings. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders. • Track contractual variations and maintain records for monthly reporting. • Conduct occasional site visits as required. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management. • Minimum 4 years of experience in construction supervision or PMC. • Experience with EPC contractors is an advantage. • Strong ability to review drawings, specifications, and technical submittals. • Good knowledge of QA/QC, inspection, punch-list management, and HSE compliance. • Proficiency in MS Office; basic AutoCAD knowledge. • Knowledge of MS Project or Primavera is an advantage. • Strong coordination, reporting, and organizational skills.
