Role & Company / Project Overview: Success Academy is hiring Online English Instructors to join our virtual teaching team. The position is dedicated to delivering comprehensive English language instruction to adult learners in an online environment. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Deliver structured, engaging virtual English lessons to adult learners. • Foster student engagement and apply effective digital classroom management techniques. • Evaluate language proficiency and provide regular constructive feedback. • Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and high teaching standards across virtual sessions. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 1 year of experience teaching adults. • At least 6 months of online teaching experience. • English proficiency at C1 level. • TEFL / TESOL certification is preferred. • Strong communication and digital classroom management skills. • Committed, punctual, detail-oriented, and flexible. • Passionate about teaching and professional development.
