### Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineering Staff with experience in the concrete/admixture industry to develop B2B markets and build strong relationships with customers and project stakeholders for Sobute concrete admixture products. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Identify and develop new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients • Expand the B2B market through contractors, developers, distributors, and construction projects • Identify new project opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline • Establish and maintain relationships with customers and project stakeholders • Analyze customer needs and provide technical solutions related to Sobute concrete admixture products • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, conduct negotiations, and follow up until successful closing • Achieve sales targets in line with company strategies and objectives • Prepare periodic sales activity and customer visit reports • Monitor market conditions, industry trends, and competitor activities, and provide valuable insights to management ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering • At least 3 years of experience in the Concrete Admixture or Concrete Industry • Proven experience in B2B/Project Sales, particularly in construction, building materials, chemicals, or related industries • Having a strong network with contractors, developers, distributors, or construction companies is an advantage • Understand the project-based sales process, including prospecting, tender/quotation, negotiation, and closing • Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Fluent in English (spoken and written) • Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage/preferred • Strong market analysis skills and target-oriented mindset • Possess a valid Driver’s License (SIM A and/or SIM C) ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: East Java (including Surabaya area) • Willing to work in a mobile environment and travel for business visits and project site inspections ### Application Instructions • Submit your CV via email with the subject format: Sales Beton_Name_Domicile
