We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full Stack Developer Intern or Associate to join our dynamic startup. In this role, you will contribute to a fast-paced environment, working on real-world projects with minimal supervision. You will be expected to quickly understand existing codebases and start contributing immediately. Your technical responsibilities will include developing and maintaining web applications using JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and other modern technologies. You should have a strong understanding of front-end and back-end development, repository management with Git and GitHub, and basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker). Familiarity with deployment platforms like Vercel or AWS is expected. You will work in rapid development cycles, demonstrating strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, and teamwork skills. Candidates must be self-driven and capable of working independently. Preferred qualifications include practical experience on real-world products, startups, or client projects, as well as knowledge of UI/UX implementation and performance optimization. Required: currently pursuing B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or related field with 6 months to 1 year of practical experience (internships, freelance, startup, or professional work).
