Role & Company / Project Overview: Wanderama Hospitality is looking for a dynamic, passionate, and result-driven Hotel Operations Manager to join our hospitality team in Dwarka, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will oversee seamless daily hotel operations and ensure outstanding guest experiences. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage front-of-house operations, housekeeping, guest relations, and overall daily hotel functioning. • Lead, train, supervise, and motivate the hotel staff across departments. • Handle inventory management, operational budgeting, and maintain superior hospitality standards. • Handle guest feedback and issues promptly to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 3 to 5 years of experience in hospitality management. • Proven track record in managing front-of-house, housekeeping, guest relations, and overall daily operations. • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. • Excellent communication and guest service abilities. • Notice Period: Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
