Role Overview: Riverstate Premium Recruiting is hiring a Mechatroniker Kältetechnik (m/w/d) for an established, owner-managed building management and TGA specialist company with over 100 years of history based in Duisburg. This position offers a secure, permanent contract with regional assignments in the Krefeld/Duisburg area, avoiding nationwide travel, along with a company vehicle from day one and high personal responsibility. Key Responsibilities: - Perform maintenance, repair, and installation of building and refrigeration systems, focusing on electrical and MSR technology. - Handle assembly and commissioning of refrigeration systems for industrial and TGA clients. - Provide comprehensive care for technical building services (TGA), particularly in refrigeration, ventilation, and building automation. - Conduct customer service calls independently and participate in scheduled on-call duty. - Plan and organize service deployments, fully documenting work digitally via tablet and service management software. - Assist in technical quote preparation and handle digital customer portals. Qualifications & Requirements: - Completed vocational training as a Mechatroniker (m/w/d) or comparable technical training (e.g., Elektroniker für Energieelektronik). - Professional experience in building technology (ventilation or refrigeration) is advantageous, though motivated career entrants are welcome. - Strong electrotechnical skills and proficiency in MS Office. - German language proficiency of at least B2 level. - Valid Class B driver's license. - Readiness for regional deployment around Krefeld/Duisburg and willingness to take part in paid on-call duty (approx. 5-6 times per year).
