Role & Company / Project Overview: Tawasol Solution and Services LLC is hiring a Power Platform and Microsoft 365 Developer for a fast-growing team in Dubai. This is a 12-month full-time role aimed at embedding AI into everyday business tools and turning Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, and Teams into intelligent workhorses. The successful candidate will design, build, and hand over production-grade solutions for clients, creating low-code apps that drive real business impact. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design, build, and hand over production-grade low-code solutions on Power Platform and Microsoft 365. • Develop canvas and model-driven applications using Power Apps. • Build and manage cloud flows, approvals, and robust error-handling mechanisms in Power Automate. • Work hands-on with Dataverse, SharePoint lists/libraries, and configure role-based security and audit trails. • Create Copilot Studio agents and implement custom connectors for external APIs. • Manage Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), including managed solutions, environment strategies, pipelines, and DLP policies. • Provide clear technical documentation and deliver maintainable handovers while training power users. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience level: Entry level. • Proven experience building production solutions on Power Platform and Microsoft 365. • Strong development skills in Power Apps (canvas & model-driven) and Power Automate. • Practical experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, and role-based security configurations. • Demonstrated capability to build Copilot Studio agents and custom connectors for third-party APIs. • Familiarity with Power Platform ALM, managed solutions, deployment pipelines, and DLP policies. • Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and train end users.
