Role & Company / Project Overview: Paisabazaar MiddleEast Marketing LLC is expanding its sales team and hiring experienced Credit Card Sales Executives / Direct Sales Executives to join our growing organization in Al Barsha, Dubai. This is a full-time direct sales position focused on promoting and selling credit card products across the UAE banking and financial services sector. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Promote and sell credit cards to customers through direct sales, customer referrals, and outbound calling. • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable credit card products tailored to their requirements. • Clearly explain credit card features, benefits, charges, interest rates, and terms and conditions to prospective customers. • Address customer queries and provide appropriate solutions to successfully close sales. • Achieve individual monthly sales targets and contribute effectively to overall team performance. • Prepare and maintain accurate daily MIS and sales performance reports. • Build, manage, and maintain strong professional relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Mandatory UAE banking sales experience. • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant banking/financial sales experience preferred (experience in credit card sales is an advantage). • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Target-driven, results-oriented, and customer-focused with a positive attitude. • Immediate joiners are preferred.
