• Role & Company / Project Overview: Unitrust Real Estate is recruiting ambitious Real Estate Agents to join their winning team and drive sales across Off-Plan and Secondary property markets in Dubai. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Actively generate property leads, conduct viewings, and close sales deals. - Specialize in either Dubai Off-Plan or Secondary real estate markets. - Negotiate contracts and terms between buyers and sellers effectively. - Maintain high activity levels and stay closely aligned with market trends. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 1 to 3 years of verifiable track record and proven experience in Dubai real estate sales (Off-Plan or Secondary Market). - Strong sales performance and negotiation skills. - Candidate profile: Must be highly active, interested, and real estate professionals only. - Must be currently available in Dubai. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Barsha Heights (relocating soon to a brand-new hub in Business Bay, Dubai). - Area Focus: Business Bay and greater Dubai. • Compensation & Benefits: - Fixed salary plus competitive/high commission structure. - Dedicated support and market teams for both Off-Plan and Secondary sectors. - Freelance preferred, but not required. - Opportunity to grow and thrive in a performance-driven culture. • Application Instructions: - Email CV directly to the hiring team.
