Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: Grand View Contracting LLC is seeking a dedicated and responsible HSE Officer to join the team on construction and contracting project sites in Dubai, UAE. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Implement and monitor company HSE policies and procedures at project sites. - Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential hazards and unsafe practices. - Ensure compliance with applicable UAE HSE requirements and company safety standards. - Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions. - Prepare and maintain HSE reports, inspection checklists, and safety records. - Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses and recommend corrective actions. - Monitor the proper use of PPE and other safety equipment. - Coordinate with site teams to ensure safe working practices. - Assist in risk assessments, method statements, and emergency preparedness. - Promote a strong safety culture across the workplace. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 1–2 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably in the UAE construction/contracting industry. - Relevant HSE qualification/certification. - Good knowledge of construction site safety practices. - Knowledge of UAE HSE requirements is an advantage. - Good communication and reporting skills. - Ability to work independently and coordinate with site teams. - Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Onsite construction/contracting project sites). • Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 3,000 per month. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates are requested to send their updated CV with the subject line 'HSE Officer – Application'.
