### Role & Company / Project Overview Monetium Group is seeking an Industrial Site Manager to lead large-scale industrial and shipyard construction operations across European sites. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Manage day-to-day on-site operations, overall project execution, resource allocation, and budget controls. • Coordinate between subcontractors, trade supervisors, and client representatives. • Ensure project deliverables meet schedule, cost, quality, and HSE benchmarks. • Oversee workforce safety compliance and implement risk mitigation strategies on site. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Substantial site management experience within heavy industrial, construction, or shipyard sectors. • Strong background in managing multidisciplinary construction and engineering teams. • Exceptional project execution, problem-solving, and communication skills. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Job Location: Europe (EU) • Live Interview Location: Building #29, 5th St - Al Twar Fifth - Al Twar 5 - Dubai - United Arab Emirates • Interview Dates: 31 October 2026 & 01 November 2026 ### Application Instructions Qualified managers are encouraged to submit their CV or apply via the provided registration link.
