### Role & Company / Project Overview We are actively hiring for the position of Sr. Officer – PMO Analyst (Filipino) for an onsite permanent role based in Dubai, UAE. This role focuses on project governance, banking process optimization, and risk management. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Support and execute IT project management, business process management, and internal audit activities within reputed UAE banking environments. • Perform detailed process mapping, documentation, and data analysis across enterprise banking functions. • Ensure project and business compliance with relevant banking regulatory frameworks and risk management protocols. • Drive, coordinate, and support enterprise-level and digital transformation initiatives. • Facilitate clear communication, prepare comprehensive presentations, and handle stakeholder management across cross-functional project teams. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT) or Business. • Experience: 5 to 10 years of professional experience in IT project management, business process management, and internal audit within reputed UAE banks. • Domain Expertise: Strong working knowledge of banking business processes, regulatory compliance, and risk management. • Technical & Analytical Skills: Demonstrated expertise in process mapping, comprehensive documentation, and data analysis. • Transformation Projects: Proven track record working on enterprise and digital transformation projects. • Tools & Certifications: High proficiency in MS Office and Jira.
