• Role & Company / Project Overview: GCC Real Estate is expanding its creative team and hiring a Graphic Designer based in Business Bay, Dubai. The role is focused on elevating real estate property marketing by producing engaging, high-impact visual content for property listings and company branding. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Design social media creatives, digital marketing materials, property advertisements, and brochures. - Produce high-quality property listing visuals, website banners, and pitch presentations. - Ensure brand consistency, visual identity, and aesthetic standards across all digital and print platforms. - Work closely with the real estate marketing team to execute campaigns on schedule. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience within the UAE as a Graphic Designer. - Comprehensive design portfolio demonstrating past creative work and versatility. - Keen creative eye, strong attention to detail, and good proficiency in English. - Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet strict deadlines. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. - Onsite working environment with a fast-growing real estate company. • Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: Up to AED 3,000 per month (negotiable based on experience). - UAE employment visa provided. - Comprehensive health insurance coverage. • Application Instructions: - Qualified candidates should email their updated CV and portfolio to the hiring team directly.
