• Role & Company / Project Overview: Seeking a dedicated and experienced Cost Control Manager to join a Major Mega Project in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, contributing strong leadership and cost management on large-scale construction and infrastructure developments. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage, track, and forecast project budgets, cost performance indices, and construction expenditures. - Conduct variance analyses, prepare detailed financial cost reports, and establish cash flow projections. - Collaborate with procurement, quantity surveying, and commercial management teams to identify and mitigate financial risks. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Proven experience in cost control management on major construction or infrastructure mega projects. - Solid background in construction cost engineering, forecasting methodologies, and financial analytics. - Preference given to candidates with UAE experience. - Current UAE residents are highly preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Project Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. • Application Instructions: - Submit updated CV by email, stating the position title in the Subject field.
