• Role & Company / Project Overview Landmark Grand Hotel Deira Dubai is seeking an experienced Banquet Sales Coordinator (Banquet Coordinator) to join their hospitality team in Dubai, UAE, overseeing banquet events from inquiry to successful execution. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Coordinate and manage banquet events and inquiries from initial inquiry to final execution - Assist with quotations, banquet proposals, and comprehensive event arrangements - Coordinate closely with clients, internal departments, and external suppliers to ensure seamless event execution and operational flow - Follow up on sales leads and actively support the sales team in achieving departmental targets - Maintain accurate records of event bookings, customer contracts, and client details - Assist with on-site visits and client meetings when required - Ensure smooth event operations, high service standards, and maximum guest satisfaction - Oversee banquet setups, food and beverage arrangements, and service standards - Prepare detailed event sheets, Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and daily operational reports - Handle last-minute event changes and client requests professionally • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Female candidate, Filipino nationality preferred - Relevant previous experience in Banquet Sales, Banquet Coordination, Events, or Hotel Sales (Hotel industry experience preferred/an advantage) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Exceptional coordination, organizational, and multitasking abilities - Customer-service oriented, proactive, and capable of handling demanding guest requirements - Solid knowledge of banquet operations, event setups, and menus - Good working knowledge of MS Office - Fluent in English; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Landmark Grand Hotel, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Onsite hotel-based role • Compensation & Benefits - Standard employment terms and benefits as per company policy • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should submit their updated CV via email or contact the recruitment team via mobile.
