Role & Company / Project Overview: Boopin is seeking an experienced Influencer Manager based in Dubai to spearhead influencer marketing initiatives for diverse client accounts. The primary mandate of this role is to identify and partner with ideal creators, supervise end-to-end influencer campaigns from initial brief through post-campaign reporting, and cultivate sustainable, long-term creator relationships that consistently drive value for partner brands. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead influencer work and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns from creative brief creation to final reporting. • Discover and recruit the right creators aligned with client objectives and brand identity. • Cultivate, nurture, and sustain strong creator relationships to foster ongoing brand partnerships. • Negotiate commercial terms, fees, deliverables, and manage influencer contracts. • Maintain and manage project timelines to ensure seamless campaign execution. • Evaluate and measure campaign performance using real metrics, analytics, and business impact rather than vanity engagement. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of dedicated experience managing influencer campaigns, ideally gained within an agency environment. • In-depth understanding and strong network within the UAE and GCC creator landscape. • Proven ability to handle negotiations, contract management, and schedule adherence. • Data-oriented mindset with the ability to measure success through concrete numerical performance. • Strong English communication skills (fluency in Arabic is considered a significant advantage).
