Role & Company / Project Overview A popular bakery shop in Dubai is hiring a Barista / Service Staff member to join its team. This role focuses on preparing premium beverages, providing attentive hospitality, and serving bakery patrons. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Prepare and serve a full range of hot and cold coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks • Take customer orders accurately and deliver beverage and food items to tables or take-out counters • Clean, calibrate, and maintain espresso machines, grinders, beverage stations, and service areas Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience as a Barista or in front-of-house beverage and café service • Knowledge of espresso preparation, latte art, drink recipes, and brewing techniques • Excellent hospitality attitude, communication skills, and customer service dedication Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates • Work Setting: Onsite bakery café Compensation & Benefits • Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 4,000 per month • Employment visa provided • Health insurance coverage • Annual flight ticket allowance • Duty meals and uniform provided Application Instructions • Please forward your updated CV via email with the position clearly indicated in the subject line.
