Role & Company / Project Overview: LOCO Hookah Lounge is hiring a Head Hostess for its pre-opening team at Dubai Marina. The venue brings a fresh perspective to Dubai's dining and lounge culture, prioritizing outstanding guest connections and warm, memorable hospitality from the moment guests arrive. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead and mentor the hosting team, establishing impeccable standards for greeting and seating guests. • Manage guest reservations, table allocations, waiting lists, and VIP arrivals efficiently. • Set a welcoming, sophisticated tone at the entrance of the venue with a radiant, professional presence. • Coordinate closely with floor supervisors, managers, and service staff to ensure smooth guest flow and table turnover. • Address guest seating preferences and inquiries courteously and effectively. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Previous experience as a Head Hostess or senior hostess in premium dining, lounge, or hospitality environments is highly valued. • Energetic, friendly personality with a genuine smile and exceptional presentation. • Excellent communication, guest relations, and interpersonal organizational skills. • Team-oriented mindset with high passion and enthusiasm for luxury hospitality. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Dubai Marina, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. • Schedule: Operational hospitality shifts including evenings and weekends.
