Role & Company / Project Overview: BIM CONNECT is urgently hiring an experienced Structural BIM Engineer. This role focuses on high-precision structural BIM modeling, coordination, and engineering drafting for construction and development projects. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead structural Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows and model creation. • Ensure seamless multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection between structural and other engineering trades. • Maintain strict adherence to project BIM standards, technical specifications, and project execution plans. • Produce detailed structural drawing extractions, BIM documentation, and engineering deliverables. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 4+ years of pure relevant structural BIM experience. • Engineering degree holder (candidates graduated in 2022 or earlier matching 4 years experience criteria). • In-depth technical knowledge of structural discipline and BIM software platforms. • Availability: Immediate joiners only with zero notice period.
