Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview: A leading architectural engineering consultancy in Dubai is seeking a Senior Resident Engineer to lead site supervision on two major, high-profile hotel refurbishment projects. Both landmark projects are with globally recognised hospitality brands, offering real stability and visibility across high-profile assignments. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead, manage, and mentor the on-site Resident Engineering team. - Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure construction quality and compliance across two major hotel refurbishment sites. - Lead and manage coordination between contractors, design teams, the client, and the hotel operator. - Manage complex engineering works executed alongside live, operational hotel environments. - Administer site contracts effectively in accordance with FIDIC contract guidelines. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 15+ years of extensive site supervision and engineering experience. - Proven confidence and leadership capability in directing and mentoring a Resident Engineering team. - Comprehensive GCC site experience, ideally based in Dubai. - Strong, proven knowledge and hands-on experience in FIDIC contract administration. - Chartered engineer status is preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. - Work Mode: On-site supervision role across two refurbishment project sites. - Timeline: December start. • Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: Up to 45,000 AED per month. • Application Instructions: - Contact the recruiter directly via phone or email for additional information and to submit credentials.
