We are hiring for a new Seafood & Mediterranean / Iraqi Restaurant opening soon in Dubai. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef with proven expertise in Seafood, Mediterranean, and Iraqi cuisine. Responsibilities include overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and hygiene standards, and leading the Back of House team. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of food quality, hygiene, and operational standards, and can work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
