Role & Company / Project Overview: IRC HR Services is hiring Packaging Operators (2 vacancies) for a beverage manufacturing company in Lebanon. The role focuses on operating packaging and bottling equipment within an alcohol manufacturing setup. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Operate and monitor automated and semi-automated packaging and bottling line machinery. • Ensure proper packaging, capping, labeling, and boxing of beverage products. • Perform basic troubleshooting and line adjustments to minimize downtime. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Relevant technical qualifications and packaging machine operation skills. • Willingness to work in an alcohol manufacturing environment. • Availability for rotating shifts in production. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Dora, Mount Lebanon, Lebanon. • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 hours daily with rotating shifts. Compensation & Benefits: • Position-based salary package. • NSSF registration. • Medical insurance: 100% inpatient and 95% outpatient coverage. • Transportation allowance: LBP 600,000 per working day. • Overtime compensation and variable incentive scheme.
