### Role & Company / Project Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale projects involving Physical Security, CCTV, ANPR, Traffic Enforcement, ELV, ITS, and Roadside/Highway Systems in Doha, Qatar. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Lead large-scale physical security, roadside, and highway technology projects. • Oversee and manage project planning, budgeting, procurement, and HSE compliance. • Direct testing, commissioning, and final project handover. • Manage systems deployment involving CCTV, ANPR, VMS, fiber optics, networking, roadside infrastructure, and traffic enforcement systems. • Liaise with Qatar MOI, Traffic Department, Ashghal (PWA), and relevant stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Valid PMP Certification (Mandatory). • Minimum 10 years of relevant project management experience. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline. • Proven experience working with Qatar MOI, Traffic Department, and Ashghal (PWA) projects. • Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, ANPR, VMS, fiber optics, networking, roadside infrastructure, and traffic enforcement systems. • Expertise in project planning, budgeting, procurement, HSE, testing, commissioning, and handover. • Demonstrated successful track record of delivering physical security and roadside/highway technology projects, preferably in Qatar. • Fluency in Arabic and English. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Doha, Qatar (Onsite roadside/highway and infrastructure project sites). ### Application Instructions Interested candidates are requested to send their updated CV, valid PMP certificate, and detailed project portfolio via WhatsApp to the contact number provided.
