Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: DRAWLINES CONSULT WLL is looking for a skilled 360° Photography Surveyor to support remote construction progress monitoring for a major project in Doha, Qatar. This is a project-based engagement with an expected duration of 2+ years. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Capture and document construction progress using 360° cameras. • Upload, pin, tag, and organize site photographs using HoloBuilder or equivalent platforms. • Maintain regular photo capture routes covering construction areas, MEP works, and project milestones. • Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and QA/QC teams. • Compare visual progress against construction schedules and highlight discrepancies. • Prepare progress reports and maintain an organized visual archive. • Support integration with Autodesk BIM 360/ACC and other project platforms as required. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Surveying, or a related field preferred. • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in construction documentation, surveying, or progress monitoring. • Hands-on experience with HoloBuilder or similar platforms such as Matterport, OpenSpace, or StructionSite is an advantage. • Familiarity with construction drawings, floor plans, and site layouts. • Ability to operate 360° cameras and manage digital documentation. • Good communication skills and strong attention to detail. • Willingness to work on an active construction site and comply with all safety requirements.
