• Role & Company / Project Overview: Candidzone is seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer - L2 to lead and support enterprise network infrastructure in Qatar. This senior-level technical role requires advanced networking expertise and complex network infrastructure troubleshooting skills. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Provide L2-tier network engineering support, advanced configuration, and complex issue resolution. - Design, configure, and maintain enterprise routing & switching, LAN/WAN architectures, VLANs, and TCP/IP networks. - Manage and administer firewalls, VPN tunnels, and network security appliances. - Perform deep-dive network diagnostics, performance tuning, and capacity planning. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Networking, Cybersecurity, Telecommunications, or a related field. - Strong senior-level experience handling L2-level network operations and engineering. - Comprehensive expertise in routing & switching, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, wireless systems, and advanced troubleshooting. - Relevant industry certifications such as CCNP, CCNA, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or equivalent. - Must possess a valid Qatar ID (QID). • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Qatar. - Work arrangement: Onsite. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Send CV to the designated recruitment email/contact.
