Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview Edgewater Qatar is seeking an experienced Electrical Inspector with strong electrical installation knowledge and supervisory experience to join the team. This position is strictly for Qatar-based local candidates. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Supervise electrical installation teams and ensure quality workmanship across the site. - Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, regulatory guidelines, and project specifications. - Oversee the installation of electrical systems, components, and equipment. - Provide technical guidance, leadership, and operational support to installation teams. - Monitor day-to-day site activities and track project execution progress. - Promptly identify, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical installation issues and technical discrepancies. - Prepare and submit detailed inspection, quality, and progress reports to management. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 6 to 8 years of comprehensive experience in electrical installation with proven supervisory experience. - Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical installation experience. - Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent related field experience. - Knowledge of AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) and Smart Meter installation standards is preferred. - Strong leadership, site supervisory, and communication skills. - In-depth knowledge of electrical safety standards, industry codes, and regulatory frameworks. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Full-time onsite position based in Qatar.
