### Role & Company / Project Overview Steak Town Restaurant in Doha, Qatar is currently hiring a qualified and dedicated Commis Chef to join its dynamic culinary team. This role contributes directly to high-quality food preparation and kitchen operations. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Assist senior chefs and the culinary brigade in mis-en-place and daily food preparation. • Prepare ingredients, vegetables, meats, and sauces according to established restaurant recipes and standards. • Follow strict kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and food safety regulations at all times. • Maintain a clean, organized, and properly sanitized workstation. • Assist in inventory tracking, stock rotation, and receiving kitchen supplies. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Prior culinary training or relevant experience in a commercial kitchen or restaurant environment. • Good basic knife skills and understanding of standard cooking techniques. • High level of dedication, teamwork, and ability to handle busy service hours. • Strong commitment to culinary hygiene and presentation standards. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Doha, Qatar (On-site at Steak Town Restaurant). • Shift timings, working days, and rotational offs to be communicated during the interview process. ### Compensation & Benefits • Standard restaurant compensation package in Qatar. ### Application Instructions • Interested and qualified candidates are invited to submit their applications via WhatsApp or Email. • Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
