• Role & Company / Project Overview: Agrawal Tech Pro (ATP) is seeking an articulate and proactive Telecaller to join our team in Dhule, Maharashtra. ATP is dedicated to driving Green Mobility for a Better Tomorrow through advanced EV chargers and smart battery solutions. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Make outbound calls to potential leads, customers, and business inquiries. - Explain company products, electric vehicle charging solutions, and service details over the phone. - Follow up on warm leads, qualify prospective buyers, and schedule appointments for the sales team. - Maintain and update call logs, databases, and customer records accurately. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Clear voice modulation, polite demeanor, and strong telephone communication skills. - Prior experience in telecalling, outbound calling, or customer tele-sales preferred. - Ability to handle customer queries efficiently. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Office-based role located at Agrawal Tech Pro, 3295/8B, Lane no. 2, Lohar Galli, Near Dr. Salim Shaikh Clinic, Dhule, Maharashtra, 424001. - Regular daytime working hours. • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive Salary - Health & Safety - Professional Growth • Application Instructions: - Share your resume via the listed official contact email or contact number.
