Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring for a leading automobile company representing OMODA & JAECOO. We are seeking a creative professional as Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Creative (Motion & Visual Design) to develop premium visual assets and engaging motion content while maintaining a consistent brand identity across digital and offline platforms. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Develop static creative assets for social media, campaigns, outdoor communication, event branding, POSM, and other consumer touchpoints for OMODA & JAECOO. • Enhance existing videos and visual assets using modern motion graphics, typography, layouts, transitions, and visual effects. • Adapt global OMODA & JAECOO visual references and assets for the local market while maintaining brand consistency. • Recreate and adapt creative concepts using AI-assisted design tools where appropriate. • Apply strong visual ideation and art-direction skills to guide shoots and content production. • Translate creative briefs, setups, and shot concepts into the intended final visual output. • Stay updated on emerging design, motion graphics, AI, and social-first creative trends to bring fresh ideas to brand communication. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related discipline. Relevant qualifications may be considered based on portfolio and practical expertise. • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in creative design, motion design, digital content, or a similar role. • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. • Strong skills in motion design, kinetic typography, visual composition, contemporary design, and brand visual language. • Ability to adapt visual styles to current creative trends while maintaining brand consistency. • A strong creative portfolio demonstrating visual design and motion graphics expertise.
