We are looking for dynamic, energetic and result-oriented Sales Professionals to join our running and growing Freight Forwarding team. The ideal candidates should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to capture and develop new business opportunities in the logistics and freight forwarding market. Key responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities for Air Freight, Sea Freight, Customs Clearance, and Logistics Services; building and maintaining strong relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers, buying houses, and corporate clients; generating sales leads and converting prospects into long-term customers; conducting market research and competitor analysis; preparing quotations, negotiating rates, and closing deals; coordinating with operations and customer service teams; and maintaining accurate customer records and sales reports. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field; minimum 2-6 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Shipping, Courier, or Supply Chain Sales; strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; proven ability to generate business and achieve sales targets; good understanding of international freight forwarding and logistics operations; self-motivation and ability to work independently; and strong networking abilities. Preferred candidates have existing connections with importers/exporters/trading businesses and an aggressive business development mindset.
