### Role & Company / Project Overview Genesis is seeking an experienced, motivated professional to join the team as Head of Quality Control on a full-time basis. This role is responsible for overseeing and upholding quality standards across academic administration, learning environments, and medical educational services. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Identify academic issues and develop checklists, policies, and solutions. • Coordinate with Academic In-charges for rapid problem resolution. • Monitor doctors' concerns regarding lectures, examinations, online classes, and DIAS. • Analyze doctors' feedback and prepare improvement proposals for EC approval. • Ensure quality standards across academic galleries, classrooms, and online learning services; monitor and improve learning environments. • Prepare meeting resolutions and ensure proper implementation. • Review and approve SIF software requirements. • Monitor DIAS communication quality and response effectiveness. • Increase doctors' engagement with respected teachers and academic activities. • Maintain the master academic schedule and ensure timely execution. • Manage mentors and monitor their performance. • Monitor and improve online academic services and education modules. • Monitor communication quality, academic schedules, and team performance. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Master's degree in Education, Management, Business, Medical Education, or a related field. • Relevant professional or academic qualifications are preferred. • Strong knowledge of academic administration, quality assurance, and educational operations. • 5–8 years of experience in academic administration or management. • Experience in a reputed educational, medical education, training, or professional development organization is preferred. • Experience managing academic teams and multiple programs is an advantage. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Position Type: Full-Time (01 Vacancy) • Work Location: 230, New Elephant Road, Katabon Mor, Dhaka-1205, Bangladesh • Onsite role ### Compensation & Benefits • Salary: Negotiable • Two festival bonuses per year • Performance bonus • Provident fund • Leave Benefits: Casual, medical, maternity, recreational, and public holidays • Overtime benefits (where applicable) • Subsidized lunch facilities ### Application Instructions • Send updated CV with subject line "Application for Head of Quality Control". • Application Deadline: 25 October 2026.
