Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: Dream Textiles Limited is looking for an experienced and proactive IT professional to manage IT infrastructure and provide technical support across our corporate office, regional showrooms, and wholesale outlets. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Maintain and troubleshoot desktop PCs, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. • Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and remote monitoring. • Provide IT support for LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, software, and internet connectivity. • Conduct regular IT maintenance visits to regional showrooms and wholesale outlets outside Dhaka. • Manage IT inventory, asset records, maintenance logs, and vendor coordination. • Support data backup, system security, software installation, and IT documentation. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in CSE, IT, Computer Engineering, or a relevant field. • 4–6 years of relevant experience in IT support, networking, hardware maintenance, and CCTV systems. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Willingness to travel frequently outside Dhaka (nationwide travel required). • Ability to join immediately will be preferred. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Employment Type: Full-Time. • Location: Gulshan, Dhaka, Bangladesh with nationwide travel required. • Joining: Immediate / Urgent Hiring. Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: BDT 25,000–35,000 per month.
