• Role & Company / Project Overview Graphic Associates International Ltd. is hiring a full-time Mid-Level Retoucher to deliver high-end photo retouching and graphic processing work. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Perform high-end photo retouching for product and model imagery - Execute neck joint, color correction, masking, shadow creation, background removal, clipping path, and multipath - Perform color change and pattern change accurately - Maintain company-required consistency across all visual assets and tasks - Uphold high attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency and positive attitude • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Education: Bachelor’s / Honours / Diploma in Graphic Design (Educational qualifications may be relaxed based on experience and expertise) - Experience: 4 to 5 years experience in an Advertising Agency, Design / Printing / Publishing, or Outsourcing Firm - Technical Expertise: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and MS Office - Research-minded, eager for self-development, and possessing good communicative English • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Job Type: Full Time - Location: 100, Bir Uttom AK Khandakar Road, 2nd Floor, Mohakhali, Dhaka, Bangladesh - Morning Shift: 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM - Evening Shift: 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM - Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM - Shift Preferences: Male candidates are preferred for Morning, Evening, and Night shifts on a rotation basis; Female candidates are preferred for Morning and Evening shifts - Transportation: Evening-shift female employees receive drop-off transportation support on specified routes (Mirpur-10, Kazipara, Shewrapara, Agargaon, Shyamoli, and Shia Jame Masjid) • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: BDT 18,000 – 25,000 per month (based on practical test score) - Weekly 2 days off - Food facility within the shift - 02 festival bonuses - Night shift allowance - Overtime payment - Health care and medical services - Six-month maternity leave • Application Instructions - Application Deadline: 05 November 2026 - Submit CV in PDF format.
