• Role & Company / Project Overview DreamNest Holdings Ltd. is hiring a full-time Digital Marketing & Customer Relations Executive in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Freshers with relevant skills are also encouraged to apply. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties Digital Marketing & Graphic Design: - Manage company social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. - Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including Meta Ads. - Design social media posts, property advertisements, banners, and promotional materials. - Create engaging marketing content, captions, and promotional copy. Customer Communication & Lead Management: - Handle inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries. - Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads. - Maintain customer databases and call records. - Coordinate customer inquiries and appointments with the relevant team. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 1–2 years of experience (freshers with relevant skills are encouraged to apply). - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. - Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and social media marketing. - Good communication skills in Bangla and English. - Creative mindset, confidence in customer handling, and ability to work independently. - Previous experience in real estate marketing will be an advantage. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Full-time employment. - Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh. • Compensation & Benefits - Competitive salary based on skills and experience. - Performance-based incentives. - Professional working environment and career development opportunities. • Application Instructions Interested candidates are requested to send their updated CV and design portfolio with the subject line specified by the employer.
