• Role & Company / Project Overview NEC Money Transfer Limited is hiring a Chief Content Lead to head and inspire our Content & Creative Department. The role is focused on driving content strategy, creative direction, and high-quality production. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead the Content & Creative Department across ideation, creation, and delivery - Define and execute overarching content strategy and storytelling initiatives - Oversee social media and digital content development - Manage creative production workflows including video, photography, and multimedia assets - Lead, manage, and mentor the creative team towards high-performance outcomes • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 5+ years of relevant experience in content and creative production - Proven content/creative leadership experience - Strong content portfolio (Mandatory) - Demonstrated expertise in content strategy and storytelling - Strong understanding of social media and digital content platforms - Practical experience in video, photography, and creative production - Strong leadership and team management skills - Performance-driven and ownership mindset • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Banasree, Rampura, Dhaka, Bangladesh • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: Negotiable based on portfolio, experience, and interview assessment • Application Instructions Send your CV and portfolio via email with the subject line 'Chief Content Lead + Location'.
