### Role & Company / Project Overview Food Expert is hiring a dedicated Manager for its food and restaurant operations located in Dhaka. The role oversees outlet performance, staff coordination, and customer satisfaction. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage daily outlet operations, staff scheduling, inventory levels, and overall floor management. - Ensure exceptional customer service standards, food hygiene, safety compliance, and quality control. - Coordinate between kitchen, counter, and service crew to maintain smooth service delivery and operational efficiency. - Handle sales reporting, cash management reconciliation, and issue resolution. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum Education: SSC / HSC / Graduation in any discipline. - Prior supervisory or managerial experience in restaurant, fast food, or retail food operations is preferred. - Strong team leadership, communication, and customer relations skills. - Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-pace food service environment. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Job Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh - Operational shifts and working days as per restaurant requirements. ### Compensation & Benefits - Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience. ### Application Instructions - Send your CV via email or WhatsApp to apply.
