Role & Company / Project Overview: Global Recruiters Prosper is hiring a Construction Manager for a build-to-rent community located in the Denver, Colorado metro area. This role focuses on overseeing residential construction operations from ground-up execution through completion. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage high-volume single-family construction operations for a dedicated build-to-rent community. • Lead, coordinate, and supervise trade subcontractors on site daily. • Maintain strict project construction schedules and milestone tracking. • Ensure high quality standards and workmanship throughout all phases of building. • Utilize construction management software to track progress, scheduling, and project details. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 3+ years of experience managing high-volume single-family residential construction. • Proven background in build-to-rent or single-family production homebuilding. • Strong expertise in subcontractor supervision and project scheduling. • Experience utilizing BuildPro construction scheduling software is preferred. • Solid communication, leadership, and site coordination skills.
