Role & Company / Project Overview: A leading hospitality institute located in Delhi NCR is seeking an experienced, passionate, and enthusiastic Food Production Faculty to join its academic team to educate, train, and mentor the next generation of culinary and hospitality professionals. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Deliver academic lectures and conduct practical training sessions for students in Food Production and Culinary Arts. • Instruct students in Continental Cuisine, International Cuisines, and modern culinary techniques. • Oversee kitchen operations, practical culinary labs, food preparation standards, and safety within training kitchens. • Train, guide, and mentor students to prepare them for industry careers in reputed hotels and restaurants. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Educational Qualification: B.Sc. in Hotel Management or Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM). • Practical industry experience working in reputed hotels, restaurants, or the hospitality industry. • Excellent, in-depth knowledge of Continental Cuisine. • Strong expertise in International Cuisines and specialized culinary techniques. • Solid practical understanding of food production systems and kitchen operations. • Proven passion for teaching, academic training, and student mentorship. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Delhi NCR. • On-campus academic schedule.
