Role & Company / Project Overview: Zavira Solutions is hiring on behalf of their client for an experienced Senior SAP FICO Specialist (Job ID: 2770) to support global SAP finance transformation projects, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP RISE (Private Cloud Edition). The role involves end-to-end implementation, configuration, integration, and support across FI, CO, FICA/BRIM, and related modules under FTE - Unionsys Payroll. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Full ownership of SAP Finance projects and quality of changes from planning and configuration through go-live and hypercare. • Configure and support SAP FI, CO, FICA/BRIM, and related modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CO-PA, and Bank Communication Management (BCM). • Lead global template, Enterprise Structure, and organizational setup (Controlling Area, Operating Concern, Company Code, Ledgers, Currencies, Segments, Fiscal Year variants). • Lead SAP RISE Private Cloud Explore phase workshops and define enterprise standards. • Analyze business requirements and design scalable solutions and integrations with legacy and third-party systems, FI-GL, and SAP Business Partner. • Provide key-user training, ongoing support, issue analysis, and incident resolution. • Contribute to process and methodology improvements, manage senior stakeholders, and drive key decisions in a dynamic environment. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 10 to 12 years of relevant SAP FICO experience. • Strong hands-on SAP FICO / SAP FI / SAP CO expertise. • Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP ECC, and SAP RISE – Private Cloud Edition. • Proven experience with SAP Activate methodology. • Hands-on experience with end-to-end configuration across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, BCM, Intercompany Accounting, and CO-PA. • Integration experience with third-party/legacy systems, FI-GL, and SAP Business Partner. • Strong understanding and knowledge of RICEFW objects. • Fluent English with strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Preferred: At least one full-cycle SAP FICA or BRIM / Convergent Invoicing implementation; experience in global rollouts and SAP RISE Explore phase workshops; knowledge of payment gateways, high-volume billing-to-GL integrations; exposure to enterprise applications and digital interfaces.
