• Role & Company / Project Overview RŪPAÉ LUXE – She & Me is building a talented team to deliver exceptional salon experiences in Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. We are currently hiring 2 Lady Hairdressers who are passionate about beauty, grooming, and providing great client service. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Deliver high-quality hairdressing, styling, cutting, coloring, and hair treatment services to clients. - Provide consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable hair care and styling options. - Ensure exceptional client hospitality and service standards throughout the salon visit. - Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of hair styling stations and tools. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Demonstrated skill and experience in hair styling, cutting, coloring, and hair treatments. - Passion for the beauty and grooming industry. - Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Laxmi Nagar, Delhi, India. - Work Setup: Onsite salon role. • Compensation & Benefits - Standard salon compensation structure as per experience. • Application Instructions - Apply via email with your profile and details.
