Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a detail-oriented Cost and Estimation Engineer specializing in HVAC / AHU to join our team in Delhi, India. The candidate will handle HVAC/AHU estimation, BOQ preparation, and project costing. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Prepare BOQs and detailed cost estimates for HVAC/AHU systems. • Perform quantity take-offs from engineering drawings. • Prepare material costing sheets and project estimates. • Obtain, review, and compare vendor quotations. • Interpret AutoCAD drawings and calculate material requirements. • Coordinate with design, purchase, and project teams for accurate estimation. • Support the preparation of commercial quotations and proposals. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 2 to 5 Years. • Required Skills: HVAC / AHU estimation and costing, BOQ preparation and quantity take-off, AutoCAD drawing interpretation, vendor quotation analysis, material costing and cost comparison. • Preferred Industry: HVAC, AHU Manufacturing, MEP industries.
